Responsibilities:

•  Inquiry Response: Ensure prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries, providing them with accurate information about our car inventory, pricing, and services through online/offline means.
• Your commitment to exceptional customer service will be instrumental in fostering customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
•  Japan/Tanzania Stock Search: Conduct thorough searches to locate and identify available car stock from Japan and Tanzania, considering customer preferences and requirements.
• Your in-depth understanding of the market will be vital in finding the perfect match for our customers.
•  Japan/Tanzania Stock Suggestion:
• Utilize your expertise in the car industry to suggest suitable car options to customers based on their preferences, budget, and requirements.
• Your recommendations will guide customers in making informed decisions and help them find their ideal cars.
• SNS Management:
• Manage and oversee our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Create engaging content, respond to inquiries, and cultivate a strong online presence to attract potential customers.
•  EC Website (External) Upload/Control:
• Maintain and update our external e-commerce website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information regarding our car inventory.
• Your attention to detail will contribute to a seamless online car shopping experience for our customers.
•  Door-to-Door Sales:
• Actively engage with potential customers through door-to-door sales activities, introducing them to our car offerings and highlighting the benefits of choosing SP Japan.
• Your persuasive skills and ability to build rapport will be instrumental in driving sales.
• Personal/Group Report Compilation: Prepare regular reports summarizing your sales activities, performance metrics, and customer feedback. Collaborate with the sales team to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.

Event Marketing Planning & Participation:

• Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing events, including car expos, trade shows, and community gatherings. Represent SP Japan, showcase our cars, and interact with attendees to generate leads and promote our brand.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A valid driver's license is favorable.
• Knowledge of Trade and Regulatory Authority (TRA) procedures is a plus.
