We are looking for an Assistant Production Manager.
Missions:

• Coordinate with Supervisors and operators to formulate objectives and understand requirements
• Estimate costs and prepare budgets
• Organise workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
• Monitor production to resolve issues
• Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
• Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
• Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.
• Ensure output meets quality standards
• Enforce health and safety precautions
• Report to upper management.

• Minimum 5 to 8 years experience in production
• Multi tasking and be able to work under pressure
• Pro efficiency in Microsoft Office
• Minimum bachelor degree
• Management skills
• Team player
• Strong references required
• Fluent in English speaking and writing.
