National Aids Control Program (NACP)

Job Title: Assistant Office Administrator (2 Position {1NACP, 1PMTCT})
Location: Dodoma
Reporting to: Head Administration Unit – NACP/ Assistant Office Administrator PMTCT.
Duties and Responsibilities
: • Dispatch mails from NACP Program offices to MOHCDGEC and Implementing Partners.
• Make follow-ups of movement of files containing budgets, letters and various documents seeking approval from office of the Permanent Secretary.
• Photocopying and binding.
• Collect office bills for electricity, clean water, sewage and other vendors performing services and maintenance of office equipment.

Experience and Qualifications
: • Certificate in office attendance.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Three years working experience in office attendance.
• Age limit: 50 years.

Job Education Requirements: Not Specified

Terms of engagement: 7 months contract - renewable (Renewable based on Performance and availability of funds).
