Job description
we are looking for an energetic, passionate, and talented Assistant Chef to join our team at Aishi Development Limited.

Responsibilities
A. Preparing meal as per the restaurant menu.
B. Developing menu suggestions for meal planning.
Maintaining a neat and clean appearance.
C. Maintaining the kitchen in a clean, sanitary, and safe manner, which shall include regular cleaning of the kitchen, kitchenware, and utensils.
D. Promptly notifying the hotel manager of any maintenance problems or unsafe conditions in and around the kitchen.
E. Taking proper care of food supplies, cooperating with the storekeepers, and arranging that supplies necessary for the kitchen are always in stock.

Qualification:
A.The chef must have the following knowledge and abilities:
B. Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grillers and pasta makers)
C. Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
D. Excellent time management abilities
Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
E. Familiarity with sanitation regulations
