The Role

We are looking for a driven and energetic Brand Marketing Assistant to join the Brand Marketing team at Darlink.

You will be bringing our brand values to life and executing brand initiatives across multiple channels including corporate digital marketing, Content creation, Media buy, Branding, and creating compelling campaigns that position us as the go-to brand for our clients. Working closely with senior management, you’ll make an impact and get great visibility across teams from your first day, with plenty of opportunities to develop and strengthen your brand marketing skills and get involved across the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gain a deep understanding of the Darlink Clients, identifying opportunities to increase our relevance through brand, social media, PR & influencer, and advertising campaigns
  • With the Brand Manager manage the day to day relationships with other agencies and media partners
  • Proactively develop and own strategic influencer/creator partnerships
  • Own the creation of bricks and mortar POS to promote campaign moments, collections and promotions
  • By project drive execution and launch, with cross-channel thinking at the heart of what you do, delivering a best in class customer experience
  • Support with customer and market research plus the creation of presentations
  • Assist on photoshoots, videos, etc.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Monitor market trends and competitor behaviour.

About You 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or related field from an accredited university
  • A graduate with 3+ years of marketing work/placement experience.
  • Strong collaborator, solutions-orientated, outstanding communicator – both verbal & written – and seen as a leader among peers
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Possesses a genuine love of pop culture and brand storytelling
  • Can-do personality and excited about joining a small team to build something big
