Working under the guidance of our Head Baker, you will play a crucial role in the production of our artisanal bread and pastries. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Baker in the preparation and baking of bread, pastries, and other baked goods.
• Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery of products.
• Measure and mix ingredients, shape dough, and operate baking equipment.
• Monitor baking process, adjusting temperatures and baking times as needed.
• Collaborate with the Head Baker to develop new recipes and explore creative variations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area, following food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist in inventory management, including monitoring ingredient supplies and notifying the Head Baker of any shortages.
• Adhere to bakery policies and procedures, including portion control, waste reduction, and quality assurance.
• Support a positive and collaborative team environment, assisting other team members when necessary.

• Previous experience as a baker or pastry chef assistant is preferred.
• Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
