- To assist in the preparation of financial accounts
- maintaining Uptodate files of company records
- Account for company expenses and revenue
- Reconcile Cash books and EFD machines
- Monthly VAT filing
- Going to the bank ; making deposits, and making payments
- Maintain Petty cash for day to day expenses (trustworthy individuals)-for your info
- Drafting up explanatory letters if it a rises ("Good Written English and Swahili Needed")- for your info
- Issue receipt on payment
