The Background:

This global multinational is actively seeking an in-house Global Mobility Manager to lead and support the implementation of Equus's AssignmentPro tool.

The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

Implementation of AssignmentPro global mobility tool

Proactively manage the project delivery

Supporting additional global mobility technology projects aligned to the company strategy

Building and maintaining strong relationships with project team members

Being the point of contact for assigned projects and communicating project status

Responsibility for team communications and presentations

Identifying opportunities for process improvement and changes

The Person:

Previous AssignmentPro global mobility technology implementation experience

Experience of additional global mobility technology software and assignee tools is desirable

Project management experience

Demonstrated ability to lead projects in a fast-paced environment where resources are often shared across projects.

Solid understanding of, and experience with, methodology used to deliver assigned projects.

Strong PC skills and Microsoft software experience (Word, Excel, Outlook).
