We are a new chocolate company based in Zanzibar, Tanzania seeking an experienced chocolate maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating high-quality, artisan chocolate and a strong understanding of the chocolate-making process.

Responsibilities:

* Create new and unique chocolate creations using high-quality ingredients

* Develop and maintain chocolate recipes

* Operate and maintain chocolate-making equipment

* Ensure all chocolate products meet quality standards

* Work closely with the sales and marketing team to promote and sell the chocolate

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in chocolate making

* Strong understanding of chocolate-making techniques and equipment

* Experience with creating unique and innovative chocolate flavours

* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in products

* Strong organizational and time-management skills
