Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team. The Architect will play a pivotal role in designing and overseeing architectural projects within manufacturing facilities, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to define project goals, requirements, and budgets.
• Develop detailed architectural plans, designs, and specifications for manufacturing facility projects.
• Ensure that architectural designs align with manufacturing industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental considerations.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with structural engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to bring architectural projects to fruition.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and compliance with architectural plans.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
• Utilize architectural software and tools for design and documentation.
• Stay informed about industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate the latest advancements into architectural designs.
• Provide design solutions that optimize space, functionality, and energy efficiency.
• Oversee and mentor junior architects and architectural interns, if applicable.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience as an Architect, with a portfolio showcasing completed architectural projects.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent design and visualization skills.
• Effective communication and project management abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and sustainability.
• Familiarity with manufacturing industry requirements is a plus.
• Architectural licensure or registration, if required by local regulations.
