Required Qualifications and Skills:

• A diploma or degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Agricultural Equipment Technician or in a similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural machinery, tools, and equipment.
• Experience with diagnostics and repair of engines, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and other machinery components.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication (Swahili & English) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid driver’s license (some travel to client sites may be required).
