JOB DETAILS:
An automotive company is seeking to hire an After Sales Executive who will be responsible be responsible for Spare Parts Business and Kariakoo Service Centre Management.

Responsibilities
As SC Manager
• Custodian of the shop with all inventory therein
• Custodian of keys [Responsible to Open and Close the doors]
• Responsible for all undertakings [stock movement] under SC
Spare Parts Business and Operation
• Create and Manage distribution plan for Parts for Dealers Stockist, retailers in Dar as Salaam and Up country
• Manage daily sales of the shop
• Deliver parts to retailer as per company policy and procedure
• Develop Parts and service strategies to the market
• Increase Parts sales in volume and customer demand
• Analysing Parts Sales performance (Revenue Growth)
• Responsible for Market Survey on SP Business
• Liaison personnel between HSAF-T and HSAF on SP Business
• Responsible for ordering SP from SA
• Together with WH Executive, responsible for receiving and dispatching SP at and from Mbagala WH as per company's policy and procedures
• Responsible for creating order of SP from WH to SC
• Create and Manage network for Road Side Mechanics
• Develop RSM’s training strategy [Annual Calendar]
Team Management
• Parts Team management and development [Road Side Mechanics]
• Shop Keeper Management
• Responsible to manage assistant technician stationed at SC
• Together with Sales Executive, responsible for management of OGS
Assets Management
• Responsible for management of all company assets within SC and at Retailers/Dealers
Reports.
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly SP Sales report
• Monthly SP Stock report

Education and Qualifications
• Inventory Management & use of inventory package such as ERP and excel
