POSITION: AFFILIATE  MANAGER

DEPARTMENT: MARKETING

LOCATION: DAR ES SALAAM, TANZANIA

REPORTING TO: HEAD OF ONLINE 

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic and revenue growth for our products and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing affiliate partners and recruit new partners to expand our affiliate network.
• Create and manage affiliate campaigns, including designing and executing promotional materials and tracking affiliate performance.
• Analyse affiliate performance data to optimize campaigns and identify opportunities for growth.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align affiliate marketing efforts with broader business goals.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing and make recommendations for improvements to our affiliate program.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through affiliate partnerships.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with affiliate marketing platforms and tools.
