VACANCY- ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

BOL HR CONSULTANTS on behalf of our reputable client in the Automotive industry, we are looking to fill the position of Administrative Officer.

JOB ROLE:

Highly organized and responsible for performing all administrative and clerical duties necessary for effective office management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times.

2. Occasionally traveling off-site to deliver reports or files to other departments.

3. Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems.

4. Assist staff on leave fill up and update the casual leave database.

5. Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.

6. Maintain and update company databases.

7. Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.

8. Answer queries by employees and clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration.

2. Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar role

3. Solid knowledge of office procedures.

4. Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).

5. Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

7. Attention to detail.
