8.0 ACCOUNT OFFICER GRADE II POSITION 1

8.1 APPLICANT QUALIFICATIONS:
Employed graduates of the fourth/sixth form with a Bachelor's degree in the field of Accounting from a College recognized by the Government.

8.2 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Writing and maintaining "Register" related to accounting activities.
• Writing payment documents and cash receipts documents.
• Keeping records of accounts.
• Sending accounting letters/documents to the bank.

• v. To do the settlement of debts, accounts, bank accounts and deposit.

• To do other work assigned by his superior related to his education, experience and skills.

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR ALL APPLICANTS
i. The applicant must be a citizen of Tanzania and at least one-year-old 18 and not exceeding 45 years.
ii. Each Applicant must attach a resume "Curriculum Vitae" with correct address, correct phone numbers, as well as two names trustees (Government employees) and their phone numbers available.
iii. Letters of two Guarantors with their correct addresses and numbers telephone.
iv. Must have relevant professional certificates, Testimonial "provisional results" "statement of results", a document of the results of the fourth form They did not accept you.
v. Applicants who studied abroad should ensure their certificates are verified and approved by TCU or NECTA.
vi. Applicants attach them copies of the following certificates confirmed: -
1. Birth certificate.
2. Certificate of graduation from the fourth form.
3. Certificate of completion of sixth form education for graduates.
4. Professional Certificate.

6. License from relevant councils.
