Description/Details:
- Advise the General Manager on financial matters.
- Oversee revenue collection and ensure timely banking with secure documentation.
- Prepare the company’s annual budget in collaboration with department heads.
- Identify and improve revenue sources for company operations.
- Manage expenditure per the approved budget.
- Ensure compliance with government tax regulations.
- Supervise and assign tasks to finance department staff.
- Prepare quarterly financial reports and year-end accounts.
- Organize and lead finance department meetings.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the employer.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Accounting from a government-recognized institution.
- CPA(T) certification or equivalent recognized by NBAA.
- At least three (3) years of experience in final account preparation.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment without compromising results.
Salary: AMCM 1 level as per Arusha Meat Company Limited’s salary structure.
