We are looking for all around experienced accountant who can work independently as an accountant and be able to handle the accounting function including preparation of financial statements and other financial reports and handle the external audit.

The ideal accountant that we are looking should have at least the following qualities:
Aged above 25 and not more than 35, preferably be a lady.
Have CPA Qualification
Have experience of at least 4 years.
Be knowledgeable and can demonstrate during interview that have used any accounting package.
Have experience of working for profit organizations.
Be ready to relocate or work from Arusha.
Can process transactions and work with no or minimum supervision.
Knowledgeable of Tanzania taxation system
Can process and file all returns, manually and or online whichever is applicable.
Be ambitious to learn and work hard and under pressure.
