To prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, or other financial activities within an organization.

Position Description

1. Preparing and reconciling daily sales report and post to thesystem.
2. Analyzing, vouching and verifying all retirements from the Team leaders and other staffs and post to thesystem.
3. Preparing weekly transportallowances and SO Salary.
4. Record keeping and arrangements forbookkeeping.
5. Preparation of ledgers for the preparation of financialstatements.
6. Preparing and compiling financial statements for the internal and externalusers.
7. Assist on preparing and filling statutoryreturns.
8. Reconciliation of bank accounts and generalledgers.
9.   Other duties may assign bysupervisor.

Experience & Qualification

1. Bachelor’s degree major in accounting or equivalent
2. Professional Qualified Accountant- CPA/ACCA required.
3. 2-5 years experience in Finance and Accounting
4. Knowledge  of International Financial Reporting Standard(IFRS)
5. Knowledge of Tax Laws and regulations.
6. Knowledgw of computer system and applications, mainly  Quick book
7. Management of Financial Acccounting or Financial reporting is added advantage
