JOB DETAILS:
Duties and Responsibilities
• conduct daily accounting system data entry operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets/ deprecation and general ledger
• stock management and audit
• accounts receivable debtors and follow up for payment
• Preparation of monthly stock reconciliation report
• Preparation of monthly accounts receivable and payable reports
• Perform any task assigned by supervisor

Qualifications and Education
• An ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:.
• Holder of Diploma in Account or related fields
• Ms office and knowledge of accounting software-QuickBooks
• Must have experience of two years about Accounts
