About the job

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our contingent workforce client base in the the EMEA region by developing new relationships and winning new contingent workforce business opportunities. You will primary focus will be on acquiring clients through Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and via direct client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing clients including both managed service providers (MSPs) and direct clients, understanding their business needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Adopt a consultative approach to sales, understanding client requirements, and proposing tailored contingent workforce solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to clients, effectively articulating the value proposition of our contingent workforce solution offering.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the recruitment delivery teams, to develop comprehensive and competitive proposals that align with client expectations.
  • Lead negotiation processes, addressing client concerns, and ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement is reached, resulting in successful contract closures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify potential opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to align business development efforts with organisational goals and maximise client satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs) through consistent prospecting, pipeline management, and deal closure.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommended actions to achieve objectives.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of successful experience in winning new and/or managing and growing existing contingent workforce business with MSPs and/or direct clients, ideally in a global role.
  • Strong knowledge of contingent and contractor workforce labour, including relevant legislation, ideally in an European or global role.
  • Demonstrated ability to approach sales and client growth with a consultative mindset, understanding client needs, and offering customised solutions to drive value and build long-term relationships.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to create and maintain effective business connections with various stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and negotiate effectively.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented individual with a passion for achieving and surpassing targets.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client requirements, while maintaining a proactive and positive approach.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and leverage internal resources to achieve common goals.
  • Experience of using Automation tools including Bullhorn, Apollo, ZoomInfo and Salesloft (or similar) preferred.
