Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Account Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving business growth by selling our unique staffing solutions. As an Account Executive, you will collaborate closely with our Founder/CEO to expand our client base, leveraging your expertise in agency sales and marketing to navigate short sales cycles and influence the direction of our client offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Founder/CEO to execute a strategic sales plan, identifying and targeting potential clients for our staffing solutions.
  • Leverage your extensive experience in agency sales to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, driving new business opportunities and maximizing revenue.
  • Utilize your knowledge of marketing to enhance and optimize our strategies, ensuring that our client offerings remain relevant and competitive in the market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, providing updates on project progress, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize various tools, including HubSpot for CRM, Asana for project management, Notion for documentation, and Slack for team communication, to streamline processes and enhance collaboration.

  • A minimum of 5 years experience as an Account Executive, preferably within the marketing agency realm, with a track record of success in driving revenue and building lasting client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using tools like HubSpot for CRM, Asana for project management, Notion for documentation, and Slack for team communication.
  • Experience in navigating short sales cycles, displaying adaptability and resilience in a dynamic business environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of the marketing industry, allowing you to provide valuable insights and advice to clients.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, enabling you to effectively convey ideas, address client needs, and close deals.
  • A proactive mindset, constantly seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation within our client offerings and sales approach.
  • Willingness to work in line with US East Coast hours to ensure seamless collaboration with our team and clients. 9 am - 5 pm EST
