9.0 Healthcare Servant (Medical Attendants)
9.1 Applicant's Qualifications
Employed fourth form graduates who received one-year training in the health field.

9.2 Work and Responsibilities  Nursing - POSITION 4
a) Cleaning work equipment, ward cleanliness and environment
b) Assisting disabled and disabled patients in going to the toilet (large and small) and bathing
c) Helping to feed a disabled patient
d) Taking send the patient's clothes to be washed
e) Take samples of the patient for laboratory tests and monitor the results
f) Prepare equipment for cleaning and dressing wounds
g) Monitor the needs of the patients from the drug store
h) Transport the indigent patients to special equipment to go to different places to be served in the Hospital
i) To do other activities that will be assigned by his work leader.

1. The salary level of each position will comply with the National Guidelines issued in July, 2021 regarding the manner of dealing with volunteers in health cadres;
2. The applicant must be a citizen of Tanzania and be at least 18 years old and no more than 45 years old;
3. Each applicant must attach a copy of the Secondary Education and professional certificates required according to the relevant Cadre as described in this announcement;
4. Each Applicant must attach a copy of the birth certificate;
5. Submission of forgery certificates will lead to legal action;
6. The applicant should attach a personal statement (CV) showing experience, phone numbers, his address and that of three (3) guaranteed guarantors.
7. Each Applicant should attach a letter of identification from the Executive of the Village/Street where he/she comes from/lives;
8. The applicant should attach two (2) small photographs (Passport size) to the application letter;
9. The applicant should attach copies of letters from his guarantors with copies of NIDA ID cards.
10. The applicant should be ready to arrange and change the work area according to the needs of the employer.
11. The applicant should be neat and highly disciplined.
12. Applicants whose cadres need to be registered by their professional boards must attach employment certificates and active licenses for cadres who are licensed
13. Applicants who meet the criteria will be called for an interview and those who fail to comply with the conditions of this announcement will not be called;
