Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the paints or a related industry.
• Formal Training in Sales & Marketing
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A deep understanding of sales processes and customer dynamics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
