Available Positions

• Field Services Supervisor (FSR Supervisor)
  • Location: Tanzania (Site-based)
  • Position Summary: Oversees field service representatives, ensuring safe and efficient installations, maintenance, and repairs per Electric standards.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead field activities for electrical installations and maintenance.
    • Manage FSRs, ensuring safety, quality, and performance.
    • Coordinate technical support, mentor junior technicians, and enforce HSE compliance.
    • Track work order execution and report field status.
  • Required Qualifications & Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering.
    • 8+ years of field services experience in electrical or power infrastructure.
    • Proficiency in Electric product suites, field service reporting platforms, and Microsoft Office.
    • Knowledge of MV/HV system operation, relay testing, and IEC standards.
