The Role

The Workshop Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and servicing of the company’s fleet of vehicles and equipment to ensure optimal performance, safety, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• • Conduct diagnosis tests on equipment to establish efficient and effective ways and methods of repair and maintenance applicable.
  • Define strategies to curb recurrences of preventable faults and breakdowns.
  • Promptly and appropriately actions and facilitate breakdown, accident, and incident rescue operations at the most efficiency and cost minimization.
  • Ensure that both Preventive and Corrective maintenance are carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s specification and the company’s standards.
  • Prepare and analyze maintenance reports to identify areas of improvement, cost reduction, and fleet longevity measures.
  • Inspect to ensure that the spare parts received and installed on trucks and equipment are genuine, proper, and meet the required standards.
