Overview
Join Yas as a Merchant Development Officer and help us grow together! We’re seeking a passionate individual with a University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Financial Technology, or a related field, and 2-3 years of work experience in CVM, product, sales, or marketing-related fields within a Fintech environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Support implementation of value propositions for micro, medium, and large merchants to drive adoption and loyalty.
- Assist in designing and executing promotional campaigns, including business cases, go-to-market strategies, and performance tracking.
- Analyze merchant data to support segmentation, targeting, and growth opportunities.
- Gather and document merchant feedback through surveys and engagement sessions, ensuring issues are tracked and addressed.
- Review merchant journey across platforms to identify improvements and prepare change requests and business requirement documents.
- Coordinate partnership activities with high-value merchants and third parties, including meetings and contract follow-ups.
- Support cross-selling and up-selling initiatives by preparing materials for complementary services.
- Collaborate with sales, CVM, and acquisition teams to support merchant onboarding and growth plans.
- Prepare data-driven business cases with ROI projections for new features and initiatives.
- Conduct competitor and market research to provide insights on trends and positioning.
- Assist in preparing performance reports with merchant metrics, campaign ROI, and actionable insights.
- Carry out other tasks assigned by the Merchant Growth & Development Manager or management.
