i.    Cleaning the kitchen;

ii.   Cooking a variety of foods;

iii. Ensuring that cooking utensils are clean;

iv. Preparing a list of foods for a balanced diet;

v.   Cooking professional foods;

vi. Ensuring that food is prepared on time;

vii.       Ensuring kitchen and food safety; and

viii.     Perform other duties assigned by your supervisor.

Employment of Form Four (IV) or Form Six (VI) graduates with a Diploma/Technician Certificate in the field of Food Production/Culinary Arts from any Government-recognized College.
