On behalf of a leading software solutions company, we are currently hiring a forward-thinking and experienced Agile Coach. This is a full-time remote opportunity open to candidates located within the EMEA region.
About the Role
As an Agile Coach, you will guide teams, leaders, and stakeholders in adopting and sustaining Agile principles, practices, and frameworks. Your mission is to build a high-performance culture that promotes collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement. This role is ideal for professionals with a deep understanding of Agile transformation, coaching techniques, and digital project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Agile transformation initiatives across departments and teams.
- Provide hands-on coaching to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams.
- Support the implementation of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, or Lean.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching engagements to promote Agile best practices.
- Work closely with leadership to align Agile adoption with business goals.
- Identify and address organizational challenges that impact agility.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, transparency, and accountability.
- Monitor progress and assess the maturity of Agile practices across teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Agile coaching or related roles within software development environments.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Lean, XP).
- Proven track record of leading Agile transformations in mid to large-scale organizations.
- Excellent facilitation, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong understanding of team dynamics, organizational behavior, and change management.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ICP-ACC, Certified Scrum Professional, SAFe Program Consultant).
- Experience working remotely with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
