Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process purchase orders, bid proposals, and requisition reviews for goods and services.
• Negotiate, renegotiate, and administer contracts with suppliers, vendors, and partners to secure optimal terms.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable procurement laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
• Analyze price proposals, financial reports, and market data to identify cost-saving opportunities and determine fair pricing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the AI team to enhance purchasing workflows and data accuracy for training AI models.
• Monitor supplier performance, maintain strong vendor relationships, and resolve issues promptly.
• Document and communicate best practices, insights, and procurement guidelines to drive process improvement and effective AI training.
