About the job

As ServTech continues to grow across Africa, we’re looking for a Commercial Manager to lead local operations and drive business success on the ground.

You’ll work closely with the Country Manager , with support from our central teams.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Lead day-to-day retail operations and ensure sales targets are met across stores and agents.
  • Design and implement agent incentive models tailored to local market conditions.
  • Identify and launch new retail points and agent networks through market mapping and field analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, licenses, and gaming regulations.
  • Negotiate and manage supplier and partner contracts to support business goals.
  • Support recruitment of local teams across Retail, HR, IT, Marketing, and Accounting.
  • Train and mentor staff and agents on product knowledge, tools, and sales strategies.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform pricing, marketing, and expansion.

Our Requirements

  • BA or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years in B2C operations or retail management, ideally in African markets.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong skills in Excel, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management experience.
  • Very good soft skills, highly adaptable, analytical, and proactive.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
