• Provide proactive customer service, ensuring accessible and responsive client support.

• Demonstrate products/services, tailoring presentations to client needs and management directives.
• Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and follow-up communications with clients.
• Conduct in-depth product research and share knowledge with team members to enhance expertise.
• Develop strategies to penetrate new market segments by analyzing customer profiles and needs.
