About the Role

As the Operations Team Lead, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence across various departments. You’ll be responsible for optimizing internal processes, managing cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring that project delivery aligns with business goals. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations across teams to ensure smooth workflows.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a digital marketing or tech-driven company is preferred.

• Proficient in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Trello, Slack).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work remotely and manage teams across different time zones.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other EMEA languages are a plus.
