Description

We are seeking a motivated individual with 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, user support, or app-related roles. This position focuses on executing marketing or CVM campaigns, ideally for mobile apps or digital platforms.
Educational requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Core responsibilities
Execute user acquisition campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.
Implement engagement strategies including:
Push notifications
Rewards
Gamification
Loyalty programs
Run BTL, ATL, and CVM activities to boost adoption and user stickiness.
Support marketing efforts with campaign materials, event execution, and user communication.
Collect and analyze user data from analytics tools to inform decisions.
Monitor market trends and compile competitive insights.
Identify and escalate adoption or engagement challenges.
Collaborate cross-functionally on Super App projects and timelines.
Support mini app integration and testing to ensure smooth functionality.
Assist in resolving technical, design, and experience-related issues.
Recommend and implement UI/UX enhancements for better navigation and usability.
Promote features like gamification and personalization to position the app as a lifestyle platform.
Ensure accessibility features for all user segments.
Deploy marketing campaigns (ads, activations, events) to drive visibility.
Run educational and CVM initiatives such as:
Tutorials
Demos
Targeted communications
Manage content distribution across platforms for consistent messaging.
Support iterative testing and feature optimization based on feedback.
Execute enhancements to improve user journey and app performance.
Core competencies
Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, SQL) to track and report user data.
Familiarity with mobile app ecosystems (iOS, Android) and basic testing processes.
Basic knowledge of content management or digital marketing platforms for campaign execution.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
