Key Responsibilities:
- Register new tilers into the loyalty program.
- Collect and scan loyalty points from tilers.
- Achieve key targets including point collection, customer feedback calls, redemptions, and participation in promotional events.
- Manage gift issuance and upload verification to the point management system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project performance.
- Manage tiler groups, collect feedback, and communicate official updates.
- Train tilers on installation and effective use of the Best Fundi App.

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- Strong Communication and Organisational Skills
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
- Experience in loyalty programs such in paint, Mobile, or similar products is strong advantage.
