Location: Iringa
Description: Oversee the international volunteer program across 15 placement sites in Morogoro, Iringa, Njombe, and Mbeya. Manage volunteer recruitment, orientation, logistics, and community engagement.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Community Development, International Relations, Mass Communication, or related field.
2+ years of experience in volunteer coordination or community development.
Proficiency in English and Swahili.
Age: 25–40 years.
Willingness to travel frequently.
