Job Summary:

E&N HR Heroes Consultancy, on behalf of our client, is seeking five (5) qualified and passionate Nursery School Teachers with at least three years of experience. The successful candidates will be responsible for fostering a nurturing, creative, and engaging learning environment for young children, focusing on their early cognitive, emotional, and social development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver age-appropriate lessons that support early childhood learning
• Create a fun, safe, and stimulating classroom environment
• Support children’s developmental milestones through guided play and interaction
• Monitor and assess student progress and communicate with parents/guardians
• Collaborate with fellow staff on curriculum and school activities
• Maintain classroom order and uphold the institution’s values and guidelines

Specialization Requirements:

• Deep understanding of early childhood development principles
• Creative, engaging teaching techniques tailored for young learners
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Proficiency in both English and Kiswahili
• Familiarity with local nursery curriculum

Qualifications & Experience:

• Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of nursery/early childhood teaching experience
• Passion for early childhood education and working with young children
