I am currently partnered with a leading trading firm who specialise in digital assets. Trading across 10+ global locations and facilitating 3-4% of global daily volumes, they have connectivity to over 50 venues.

Looking for a Market Data Lead, the ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be proficient in C++, and have experience with CPU's.

This is a remote working opportunity for a candidate based in UK or Europe.

The Role:

• Designing high level system architecture.
• Squeezing CPUs to feed low latency trading strategies.
• Improving data encoding.
• Optimising connectivity to the existing venues.
• Providing connectivity to new venues.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership skills.
• Market data knowledge - crypto experience is highly desirable.
• Network programming skills including kernel bypass techniques.
• Knowledge about network protocols (Websockets/HTTP/TCP/UDP/IP).
• Strong C++ skills
• Hardware knowledge (CPU, memory + NUMA, NIC).
• Linux system knowledge.
