As a Junior Data Analyst you will work with internal and external stakeholders to find optimal data & analytics solutions to business needs, through providing actionable data-driven insights. Gather, interpret and analyze data, develop KPI's, measures and reports, and present findings and recommendations. Make sure internal and external stakeholders understand data and can utilize reports for monitoring coaching and to draw insights.
Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to find optimal data & analytics solutions to their business needs
- Investigate business needs and transform into user stories. Take ownership and accountability for delivery on data user stories
- Define data models, develop KPI's and measures
- Create reports based on user stories and ensure adoption/usage
- Analyze processes and operational and client data and provide actionable insights
- Present results and recommendation in a clear, understandable and concise fashion (orally, visually and in writing)
- Train business on data - drive data literacy and data awareness
- Keep up to date on business trends and developments in the field of Data & Analytics
About You
- You are located in North Macedonia
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Economics, Econometrics, Statistics or similar
- Prior experience in the field of data analytics is a plus but not a hard requirement
- Experience in data mining, modelling, manipulation and visualization techniques
- Experience in data tech stacks (SQL, Microsoft Power BI, Databricks, Python/R etc.)
- Business acumen: you understand a growing company's needs, can work under pressure, and can help empower and enable us to grow further by utilizing data effectively (creative use of data to build new products/solutions)
- Collaborative spirit (team up naturally with like-minded Data Geeks at 5CA and other teams)
- Effective communication & presentation skills (ability to explain complex ideas and analysis to stakeholders)
- Great sense of ownership and accountability (deliver projects/products end-to-end)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze processes, identify root-causes, and recommend solutions quickly.
- You are available to work in the CET time zone.
Technical Requirements
- A minimum internet speed of 10 Mb/s download and 10 Mb/s upload internationally.
- A minimum of 8 GB RAM
- A 64-bit version of Windows 10 or newer, or macOS 10.11 or newer
- An Intel Core i5-8260U or better/similar.
