VACANCY: Regional Quality Control Technician.

Wananchi Cable Tanzania, one of the leading fiber to home provider offering Internet broadband and TV services seeks to recruit Regional Quality Control Technician.

KEY ROLES:

• Fully responsible in managing service quality control (QC) and service level agreements (SLAs) with the contractors and internal teams ensuring all work orders for subscriber installation, site visitation, support and network maintenances, are implemented timely, efficiently and within SLA with highest QC and standards.

• Work closely with the Customer Experience and Commercial teams for timely acquisition, retention, expansion, in meeting business expectation, customer experience and growth.

• Champion service quality assurance (QA) and contractor accountability in ensuring all work orders are implemented with strict adherence to the SLA, turn around times (TAT), quality and standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 Yrs field experience in ISP / Telecom environment,
• Fiber/FTTx Certification,
• Bsc. IT /Telecom. Able and licensed to drive a vehicle and ride a motorcycle.
