in its area,

ii) Supporting the facilitation and availability of training on issues 

    of development in its area

iii) Participate in the implementation of development activities.

iv) Help provide education about self-employment in their area,

v) Prepare and provide reports on community development activities every 

    month to the village leadership and to its work supervisor,

vi) Helping to form social and developmental groups.

vii) Identifying and enabling poor households to improve their economy through 

     opportunities and resources around them.

viii) Perform other duties as assigned by his/her supervisor.
