JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
• Greet passengers and provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Verify travel documents, such as passports, visas, and tickets, to ensure compliance with airline and immigration policies.
• Issue boarding passes and baggage tags while ensuring baggage allowances and restrictions are followed.
• Assist passengers with seat selection, special requests, and upgrades if applicable.
• Inform passengers about flight details, gate changes, delays, and other relevant information.
• Handle passenger inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Assist in coordinating with security, customs, and immigration personnel as needed.
• Ensure compliance with airline regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Assist passengers with disabilities, unaccompanied minors, or those requiring special assistance.
• Collaborate with other airport staff and airline personnel to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirements
• Education:
o Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus).
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English language is preferred.
• Experience:
o Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or airline operations is preferred.
Skills:
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
o Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
o Basic computer skills and familiarity with airline check-in systems.
o Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
o Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
