Role Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Web Developer & Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing and developing user-friendly websites and engaging graphic content that aligns with our brand and clients’ needs. This role will be based at our Dar es Salaam office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive websites
• Create visually appealing graphics for web and print media
• Work closely with the marketing team to create content that drives engagement. • Ensure website designs are functional and optimized for performance

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Excellent understanding of content management systems (CMS) and technology infrastructures
• Knowledge of web analytics and SEO
• Familiarity with web standards
• Working knowledge of website management tools
• Experience in using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
• Strong graphic design skills with an understanding of web design principles
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a team

Qualification:

• 0 to 2 years’ experience and diploma or a degree in computer science, IT, Graphic design, systems engineering, or related qualification is preferred
