Key Responsibilities:
1. Culture & Strategy: Lead people-focused initiatives, develop internal communication and employee engagement strategies, and champion diversity.
2. Organizational Change: Partner with leadership on transformation initiatives, workforce planning, and use HR analytics for strategic decision-making.
3. Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, performance systems, and professional development programs.
4. Employee Experience: Develop retention strategies, including benefits, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
5. Community Impact: Align HR initiatives with community development goals.
6. Compliance: Ensure adherence to Kenyan employment laws and manage employee relations.
Required Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
o Training in organizational psychology/change management; Master’s degree is desirable.
o Minimum of 8 years of experience in HRM leadership roles.
o Strong understanding of Kenyan employment law and HRM best practices.
o Proficiency in HRIS systems and HRM analytics platforms.
o Experience in multicultural environments.
