Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Architect Clerk of Works located in Ikwiriri for a duration of 6 months. The Architect Clerk of Works will be responsible for monitoring construction activities, ensuring compliance with design drawings and specifications, and reporting progress to the project architect and client.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of architectural design principles and construction methods
• Experience in monitoring construction activities and quality control
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural drafting software
• Previous experience as a site supervisor or clerk of works is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
