Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Manage HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Support performance management and training programs
- Oversee workplace policies and employee well-being
