Job Overview:

We’re looking for a dynamic Switchgear Department Manager to lead our Switchgear Division. You will collaborate with the Sales/Commercial, Procurement, and Operations departments to ensure efficient project execution and deliver world-class switchgear systems.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the design, production, and installation of low and medium-voltage switchgear systems.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations and project deadlines.

· Provide technical expertise to support bids and tenders.

· Ensure compliance with IEC, IEEE, and other relevant standards.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operations and project outcomes.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).

· 8+ years of experience in switchgear design, manufacturing, or related fields.

· Strong leadership skills and cross-departmental collaboration experience.

· Proficiency in ETAP, AutoCAD Electrical, or similar tools.
