JOB DETAILS:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Allocate and supervise promoters for assigned dealer’s shops:
• Manage sale performance (sales out) as target set and merchandising in the responsible area/ accounts.

• Follow up promoter working schedule, daily operation.

• Support promoters in building the relationship with dealers
• Daily check promoters / shops to collect information concerning to competitors, ads. market, dealers …etc.

• Prepare & recommend managers about target / Incentive for promoters.

Qualifications.
• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field. A degree is an added advantage.
• 1-2 years of sales experience.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Highly self-motivated.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
