Core Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure and associated software (operating systems, application software, and anti-viruses).
- Provide timely IT support for company users.
- Assist in identifying market needs and conceptualizing IT solutions.
- Manage IT resources optimization and reduce unnecessary printing by 10%.
- Secure IT infrastructure and maintain updated antivirus software and patches.
- Assist in budgeting and disbursement management systems.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of related experience.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proactive, innovative, and a quick learner.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
