Chama cha Walimu Tanzania (CWT) is the official trade union representing teachers across Tanzania Mainland. Established under the Employment and Labour Relations Act No. 6 of 2004, CWT is dedicated to improving working conditions, advocating for teachers’ rights, and ensuring high-quality services for its members.
