Position: Head of B2B Pre-Sales Engineering
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of proven presales experience in a technology-driven organization.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Business Administration.
- An MBA is an added advantage.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead the team in crafting bespoke, customer-focused solutions that address client challenges and opportunities.
- Develop and execute a robust pre-sales engineering strategy aligned with the organization’s B2B objectives.
- Attend regular key client engagement meetings to understand customer needs and craft solutions.
- Oversee the BID Management unit in preparing competitive, high-quality bid proposals that meet client requirements and timelines.
- Manage risk by ensuring all risks are understood, mitigated, or accepted by the appropriate stakeholders.
- Develop the business technology requirements in line with the annual budget and organizational strategy, coordinating with Marketing, Sales, and Technology departments.
- Ensure there is a mid- to long-term technology requirement roadmap aligned with the evolving needs of the market and the organization’s vision.
- Support the Chief Business Officer in managing the unit’s CAPEX budget.
- Establish key KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of the unit’s performance in line with business objectives.

- Ability to create tailored solutions to meet client needs and draft proposals and contractual agreements to meet client SLAs.
- Highly analytical skills to understand trends, client needs, and propose effective solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
